Then we who are left alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord (I THESSALONIANS, 4:16-17; APOCALYPSE, 20:6);
12. We believe that there will be a bodily resurrection of the dead, the just and the unjust. The latter will go to eternal torment, but the righteous to eternal life (ACTS, 24:15; MATTHEW, 25:46).
The Ethics of Lawyers
Art. 31: Lawyers must conduct themselves in a manner that earns them respect and contributes to the prestige of the profession and the legal profession.
§ Paragraph 1: Lawyers, in the exercise of their profession, must maintain their independence under all circumstances.
§ Paragraph 2 No fear of displeasing a magistrate or any other authority, nor of incurring unpopularity, shall deter a lawyer in the exercise of his profession.
Art. 32: Lawyers are liable for acts they commit with intent or fault in the course of their professional practice.
Sole paragraph. In the event of reckless misconduct, the lawyer shall be jointly and severally liable with his client, provided that he is in league with the latter to harm the opposing party, which shall be determined in a separate action.
Lawyers are obliged to strictly comply with the duties set out in the Code of Ethics and Discipline.
Sole paragraph. The Code of Ethics and Discipline regulates the lawyer's duties towards the community, the client and other professionals, as well as publicity, the refusal of sponsorship, the duty of legal assistance, the general duty of urbanity and the respective disciplinary procedures.
